Scott Harris

President North America

Scott Harris is President North America at CNH. He is charged with driving customer-centric excellence and strategic growth across the corporate region and is responsible for the financial performance and commercial execution of the Agriculture segment in North America.

Mr. Harris’s career with CNH spans close to 20 years, during which he has held both global and regional leadership roles. He assumed his current role and joined the Company’s Global Leadership Team in January 1, 2025. Prior to this, he was Global Brand President of CNH’s Case IH brand from 2021, and previously serving as Head of North America for the brand from 2018.

Before joining the Case IH brand, Scott Harris held various leadership positions in the Company’s North America region: he was Head of both the CASE and New Holland Construction Equipment brands from 2016; Head of the Parts & Service division for over five years; and Head of CNH Capital, the corporate financial services arm – where he began his career with CNH in 2006.

Prior to joining CNH, Mr. Harris spent 20 years in the automotive industry, specializing in financial solutions. He was the National Sales Manager for M&I Bank’s Dealer Financial Services from 2005. From 1993 – 2005 he served in roles of increasing responsibility with JP Morgan Chase, including  Dealer Finance Division Manager at Chase Bank. Mr. Harris began his career managing a GM dealership in Chicago, USA.

Scott Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology from Western Illinois University and a Certificate in Business Administration from Virginia University’s Graduate School of Retail Banking, both in the USA.

He currently serves on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Board of Directors; the Rocky Mountain Equipment Board of Directors; and the Waupaca Foundry Inc. Board of Directors.
