Rafael Miotto is the President of CNH Industrial Latin America. He is charged with driving growth in the corporate region and ensuring it has the resources, capacity and capability to execute the Company’s business targets in support of its Global Business Units (Agriculture, Construction, Financial Services).
Mr. Miotto assumed his current role in January 2023, joining the Company’s Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, he led the New Holland Agriculture brand in Latin America for five years, overseeing all business operations. From 2014 – 2016 he served as Director of Product Portfolio for all CNH Industrial Brands in Latin America and was also named to a dual role as Regional Director of Commercial Services for the second half of this period. From 2008, Mr. Miotto assumed roles of increasing responsibility within the Case IH brand, gaining extensive experience across the agriculture business’s value chain (Service, Sales and Marketing). He first joined CNH Industrial in 2004 as a Product Support Engineer where he was responsible for technical support for New Holland Agriculture combine harvesters in Latin America, and then in Field Service Support, working directly with dealers to provide aftersales, training, and support to address customer needs.
Before joining CNH Industrial, Rafael Miotto served as an engineering trainee in Turkey at Wagner Cable Co., Ltd. From 1998 – 2003 Mr. Miotto served in the Brazilian Armed Forces as an Army Cadet and Engineering Officer.
Rafael Miotto holds an Advanced Management Program certification from Insead, in France and Fundação Dom Cabral, in Brazil; an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas; and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME), both in Brazil.
