Richard Miller is a seasoned professional in the world of corporate audit, with over 30 years’ of international experience gained at CNH Industrial. As Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at CNH Industrial, he provides an independent and objective evaluation of the Company’s internal controls to ensure it exceeds the highest ethical standards and effectively manages risk.
Before being promoted to Senior Vice President and joining the Company’s Senior Leadership Team in late 2022, Mr. Miller served as Head of Internal Audit for CNH Industrial North America, a role he has held since 2013. He first joined CNH Industrial in 1990 as an Area Credit Manager and from 1992 onwards he assumed roles of increasing importance in the Internal Audit function. He began his professional career in banking with Bank One in 1986.
Mr. Miller earned a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, USA.
