BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, together with CNH, a global leader in agricultural and construction machinery and technology, and Iveco Group, a global player in the automotive industry and manufacturer of trucks, vans, buses, and powertrain solutions, are expanding their long-standing financial services partnership into Romania, through IC Capital Europe IFN S.A., the Romanian subsidiary of the joint venture CNH Industrial Capital Europe, bringing dedicated financing, leasing and insurance solutions to customers in the country's agriculture, construction, transport and logistics sectors.
The service will operate under the CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL brands, providing CNH and IVECO customers with access to tailored leasing, financing, insurance and related services that support their operational and business growth objectives.
This expansion brings an innovative financial services ecosystem to Romania’s growing agriculture, construction, transport and logistics sectors. By combining CNH’s equipment and IVECO’s commercial vehicles with the asset finance expertise of CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL, it will help customers invest in the equipment and vehicles they need while providing greater flexibility and predictability in managing their costs. Romania represents an important growth market within Eastern Europe, with strong demand across agriculture, construction, transportation and logistics sectors.
The launch represents a further step in the development of the partnership in Eastern Europe and strengthens the support available to CNH and IVECO dealers and customers in Romania.

The partnership between BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, CNH and Iveco Group through the CNH Industrial Capital Europe joint venture dates back to 1997. With the addition of Romania, it now operates in ten countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom, under the CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL brands.
