- New Holland hosts first major gathering for dealers in Southeast Asia post-COVID
- Over 100 dealers gain technical expertise on New Holland’s latest tractors, telematics and precision farming technologies
New Holland Agriculture, a brand of CNH Industrial, recently conducted a large-scale dealer training event at Kasetsart University, Kampangsaen Campus, Nakhon Pathom in Thailand. Advantage Training 2023 marked New Holland’s first major gathering of its dealers in the region post-COVID, witnessing a significant turnout of over 100 dealers from countries such as Taiwan, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand.
Advantage Training is a comprehensive capacity-building program that is designed to empower dealers with technical knowledge and valuable market insights on the latest machinery and technologies, while also focusing on enhancing customer service.
The event showcased New Holland’s diverse range of products such as TT2, TT3, TT4, TD5, T6000, and T7000 tractors, as well as balers and implements. Dealers had the exclusive opportunity to engage in hands-on experience, including driving the latest tractors during field demonstrations.
Optimising machine performance and efficiency took centerstage at this year’s training, with dedicated sessions led by New Holland’s product experts.
“Whether it’s a tractor or a precision farming technology and application, proper and optimal setup is vital to ensure peak performance. It can have a substantial impact on performance, efficiency, and operational costs as it improves the longevity and durability of the equipment,” said Michael Moore, New Holland Asia-Pacific Training Manager.
New Holland dealers also gained knowledge on the latest precision farming products for improving crop management, from planting to harvesting; preparing them to support customers who opt for the most advanced technology.
Moore added, “By training our dealer network, we are cultivating competency, enabling us to deliver unparalleled support to the farmer communities that we serve. We ensure they have the right equipment, know how to set it up optimally, and if they encounter any issues, they are well-informed about where to find support.”
CNH Industrial remains committed to investing in training and fostering industry collaboration to advance agriculture innovation, sustainability and global food security. The Advantage Training not only empowered dealers and raised their competency, it also created a collaborative, customer-centric network within the Southeast Asia dealer community.
