New South Wales Northern Rivers Case IH dealership, Days Machinery Centre, has taken a significant step for its business and the region, now representing dual CNH Industrial brands by adding a New Holland offering to the mix.
Twelve months on from the catastrophic flooding that affected the region, many Northern Rivers farmers are seeking new equipment to replace machines lost in 2022.
After acquiring a New Holland dealership in the region in late 2022, Days Machinery Centre has now introduced several New Holland product lines to offer local farmers more choice, diversity, and support.
Managing Director of Days Machinery Centre Dan Hoppe says customers will be able to recognise how the CNH Industrial brands offer the market machinery with different strengths, for different sectors.
“We have a massively diverse primary industry base in the Northern Rivers, including sugarcane, hay, dairy, macadamias, cattle, poultry and more, so we need to support several different industries for several different needs at any one time,” Mr Hoppe said.
“Bringing New Holland into the mix means we can support our customers with the broadest range of products to meet their requirements.
“Not only has customer reception been overwhelmingly positive, but it has also allowed us to invest more confidently in people and support infrastructure.
“We currently have first and second year apprentices, to boost our service pipeline, knowing we will have income and market demand for a wider range of skillsets in years to come.”
Days Machinery will be exhibiting at the upcoming PRIMEX Field Days event on 11-13 May, giving the wider public the opportunity to see the benefits of both brands up close.
“In broad terms, we will be highlighting the versatility of both brands and product lines, and will be displaying over 30 units comprising of Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, and New Holland Construction brands,” Mr Hoppe said.
“This will be our first PRIMEX as a dual branded dealer, so we’re excited to demonstrate to the community exactly how these products can help customers expand their own business and farming capabilities.”
Bruce Healy, General Manager of New Holland Australia & New Zealand, said the addition of New Holland machinery to Days Machinery Centre line-up is enhancing the product and service offering to support the agricultural diversity of the region.
“This broadening of agricultural machinery offering is an exciting development for local farmers, who will only benefit from accessing a wider range of equipment for a number of different needs,” Mr Healy said.
“Dealerships are the lifeblood of agricultural communities, and Days Machinery Centre is no different. We look forward to seeing how existing and new customers will take advantage of greater choice for their farming operations.”
