New Holland has presented efficient and high-quality agricultural machinery at the 2023 Xinjiang Agricultural Machinery Expo in Urumqi, China. The new machines that aligned with China IV emission standards, Forage Cruiser 550 and Big Baler 1290 Plus, were displayed along with New Holland tractors.

The attendees had a chance to experience new products and ask questions directly with the local experts. They also to get to know New Holland’s finance, parts, and service support. New Holland's excellent performance in forage equipment has drawn great attention from the audience.

Higher fuel efficiency and more farm machinery options

New Holland T1504 tractor features excellent traction performance, rear lift force, a remote output valve with an adjustable flow rate, and PTO system that allows the machine to work well in various operations. The machine meets the need for power for small and medium-sized users while providing fuel efficiency and function configuration. New Holland T1504 provides the best value and performance for the 150-horsepower tractor in the market.

Meanwhile, the New Holland T7000 series long wheelbase tractor has proven to be one of the most popular tractors in its horsepower segment in China. After more than ten years of field testing in China, the versatility and reliability of this tractor have been recognized by many local customers. T7000 series tractors are specially designed for medium and large use. It is known for its excellent comprehensive performance for multi-purpose operations.

New Holland T2404 tractor with 240 horsepower was also displayed at the event. This machine adopts FPT Industrial NEF engine with efficient selective catalytic reduction second-generation technology, and there is no exhaust gas recirculation. The tractor’s main hydraulic pump can reach up to 120 L/min, and is equipped with dual-speed PTO. Furthermore, it features the ground management function, power reversing, and automatic gear shifting, which make the operation smarter and more accurate.

Efficient equipment to support hay and forage business

Advanced and high-quality harvesters are essential to ensure the quality of forage. New Holland Forage Cruiser 550 can be installed with different headers, such as corn headers, grass pick up headers, direct cutting headers, and tree headers. It is suitable for harvesting many types of crops, including corn, grass, wheat, and other forage crops. The New Holland forage harvester crop processing performance are widely recognized for the great quality of chopping.

The China IV HI-eSCR2 engine is tailored specifically for forage machines. This engine provides high fuel efficiency, a lifetime maintenance-free after-treatment system, and an engine-powered cruise mode that automatically controls harvesting speed in the field based on yield and equipment load.

The wide crop channel is suitable for large ammount of crop. The crop processor with a 250 mm diameter has improved the grain crushing performance especially when the machine has the DuraShredder installed. The durable and heavy-duty crop processor also uplifts the crushing quality of corn kernels and grass.

New Holland BigBaler 1290 Plus is a large square baler that comes with Loop Master™, or double knotter designed by New Holland. This knotter eliminates offcuts left loose on the bale to reduce environmental impact and improve the quality of forage.

The BigBaler’s pre-compression chamber ensures that the machine can produce a perfect square shape and high-density bales. The newly designed feeding and drive system are strengthened to make the vehicle more reliable. The reinforced picking mechanism, uniquely designed ring knotter, and unique baling chamber anti-stick technology make the baler more efficient.
