Markus Müller

President, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Markus Müller is President Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CNH, spearheading customer-centric excellence and strategic growth across the EMEA Region, which includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova, Central Asia, Caucasus and Pakistan. In this role, he is responsible for the commercial execution and financial performance of the Agriculture segment in this region.

Dr. Müller joined CNH in March 2025 in his current role, becoming a member of the Company’s Global Leadership Team.

Before joining CNH, he was most recently Chief Technology and Chief Sales Officer at global engine manufacturer DEUTZ AG, a role to which he was appointed in early 2021. Dr. Müller was as the global Chief Sales Officer, where he drove the company’s strategic expansion of its sales and service network.

Prior to this he was Senior Vice President of Product Development & Technical Customer Support from April 2018. From 2016 to early 2018, Dr. Müller served as Managing Director of HJS Emission Technology, where he was responsible for Product Development, Operations and Sales. He began his career with DEUTZ AG in 2006, growing to leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Research & Development.

Markus Müller holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH) and a master’s degree in Engineering (MEng) from the University of Applied Sciences Cologne (Rheinische Hochschule Köln), and a PhD in Engineering (Dr.-Ing) from the University of Rostock, both in Germany. He has also earned the Strategy Program certification from the Harvard Business School, in the USA.
