Chief Product & Sustainability Officer

Chun Woytera is the Chief Product & Sustainability Officer at CNH. Within the Product organization she leads a cross-functional team responsible for delivering the Company’s highest standards of Product Platforms, Product Quality, and Product & Portfolio Management. Her mandate is to ensure that CNH brings innovative and highly competitive products to market on time, at the best total value and with consistently exceptional quality through strategic commercial and brand activities.

Her remit extends to the Sustainability organization where she is responsible for enacting CNH's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) targets—ensuring the Company continues to operate to the highest standards and contributes to making the world a more productive and sustainable place.

Chun Woytera has worked across numerous functions, acquiring a vast skillset and in-depth expertise in her three decades with CNH. Prior to her most recent Product appointment, she was an existing Global Leadership Team (GLT) member, serving as Chief Product Platforms Officer (appointed in January 2026) and Chief Quality & Customer Advocacy and Chief Sustainability Officer (appointed in August 2024).

Ms. Woytera joined the Company’s GLT in July 2021 as President, Asia Pacific, serving until July 2024. From 2018 – June 2021, she served as both Strategy Lead and Project Management Officer in CNH’s global technology function. From 2003 – 2017, she assumed roles of increasing responsibility within the New Holland brand’s North America commercial operations. She began her career with CNH in the Project Engineering and Market Development function in 1997, where she was part of a team tasked with rolling out cotton harvesters in China and Central Asia. Ms. Woytera began her career as a combine engineer in her native China.

Chun Woytera holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago, USA and a Master of Science in Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering from The University of Arizona, USA.
