Britton Worthen is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at CNH. He advises the governing bodies on the main legal issues and risks concerning the Company. Mr. Worthen also serves as Board Secretary to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Britton Worthen joined CNH in his current role in January 2026, becoming a member of the Company’s Global Leadership Team. Prior to joining CNH, he spent a decade as Chief Legal Officer at Nikola Corporation, a zero-emissions transportation and energy solutions provider. During his tenure, he played a central role in guiding the organization from an early-stage startup to a publicly traded leader in alternative-energy transportation.
From 2000 – 2015 Mr. Worthen was a partner at Beus Gilbert PLLC, where he represented clients in commercial litigation, intellectual property matters, and general corporate law.
Britton Worthen holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree for Brigham Young University, both in the USA.
