CASE Customer Day in Zimbabwe Drives Engagement with Key Clients
Harare, Zimbabwe – CASE Construction Equipment, in collaboration with its distributor in Zimbabwe Agricon, hosted a successful customer day to showcase its construction equipment and build deeper relationships with the guests.
Interactive Experience
To create a unique and engaging atmosphere, CASE chose to combine the event with a 4x4 flat track driving experience organized in partnership with the Zimbabwe 4x4 Club. This activity provided a fun and interactive way for the customers to interact and get to know the CASE team.
During the event, CASE showcased its construction machinery, including the versatile 570SV backhoe loader, the powerful 1110 EX-D compactor, the impressive CX220C 22-ton excavator, and the SR200B skid steer loader. The customers were able to get behind the wheel and experience the capabilities of CASE equipment first-hand.
The Customer Day, focused on a small group of participants, enabled the CASE team to build stronger connections with the guests and gain valuable insights into their needs.
The guests included representatives from road construction and civil engineering companies, as well as equipment rental businesses. They showed particular interest in the 570SV backhoe loader, 1110 EX-D compactor, CX220 excavator and SR200B skid steer loader, as well as CASE’s financing offer.
