Through our partnership with Monarch Tractor - monarchtractor.com – we have expedited our journey to Net Zero Farming. Monarch is a dynamic newcomer in the electrified agriculture vehicles space, with unique capabilities in automation. Our technology license and development agreements are integrating Monarch’s tech stack into our product portfolio. The first result was on display at our Tech Day in the New Holland T4 Electric Power, the world’s first electric utility tractor with autonomous features. CNH Industrial’s industrialization, customer support and after sales expertise have accelerated Monarch’s trajectory to market – allowing them to start delivery on their first tranche of 50 all-electric, autonomous, smart tractors to customers within year end.
We are the exclusive strategic agricultural technology partner of Bennamann – bennamann.com – whose method to capture and repurpose fugitive methane emissions for energy has become a cornerstone of our alternative fuels innovation. Together we are building a sustainable and profitable energy production system that completes the Net Zero Farming cycle. In just five months Bennamann and our New Holland brand prototyped the T7 Methane Power LNG, the world’s first LNG pre-production tractor – unveiled at our Tech Day.
Augmenta – augmenta.ag – is a machine vision solutions company founded by young farmers. It has become a valuable addition to our aftermarket offering, furthering the start-up’s commercial reach. Our R&D agreement leverages Augmenta’s See & Act solutions and other shared competencies and, in combination with Raven, is devising promising new farming technologies.
We are collaborating with Zasso, Geoprospectors and Gearflow to accelerate their commercial growth while testing new business models.
Zasso – zasso.com – is a developer of 100% chemical free high-power electric weeding technology. In early 2022, through a commercial agreement we began offering their XPower product portfolio though our dealer network. Our New Holland XPN concept, powered by Zasso to work in narrow vineyards, won a Silver Medal at SITEVI 2021 – the world’s largest fair dedicated to the viticulture, olive and fruit & vegetables industries – for its capability to respect the soil and vines while reducing the process’s carbon footprint.
Geoprospectors – geoprospectors.com – and their contactless soil measuring systems are valuable additions to our agriculture aftermarket offering in Europe and South America, giving farmers the data and technology needed to best prepare their land for planting. Our R&D agreement is focused on developing future features and exploring new opportunities for soil moisture sensing and grain height assessment.
Gearflow – gearflow.com– is a Construction Equipment parts procurement platform. It allows equipment owners and fleet managers to search for parts from a network of verified suppliers. CNH Industrial has rolled out Gearflow’s platform with a pilot dealer in North America. Further extension of the platform is planned to complement our Construction e-Commerce solutions.

Stout Industrial Technology – stoutagtech.com – is a US-based startup focused on smart mechanical weeding through machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. Their core product is a smart implement focused on zero chemical weeding in specialty crops. Stout equipment will soon be distributed via our New Holland Agriculture dealer network.
