New T7 Standard Wheelbase: Technology, Comfort and Style in the 180–225 hp Segment

New Holland’s latest T7 Standard Wheelbase (SWB) tractors introduce a step change in capability for the 180–225 hp class, with a strong focus on efficiency, manoeuvrability and operator experience. A new front axle design delivers a smoother ride on the road and in the field, while a 17% tighter turning circle compared to previous models, supports faster headland turns and easier work in confined yards.

The new Horizon™ cab brings a more spacious working environment, upgraded materials and improved storage, while the latest armrest and control layout make it easier for operators to manage transmission, hydraulics and precision farming functions throughout long working days. Enhanced climate control, multiple suspension options and a choice of roof configurations further raise comfort levels.

Customers can specify Auto Command™ continuously variable transmission from launch, with Dynamic Command™ and Range Command™ semi-powershift options to follow later in 2026, ensuring there is a transmission choice to suit every farming system and preference. The T7.225 Dynamic Command model has already set a new DLG PowerMix benchmark for fuel efficiency in its power class, underlining the range’s focus on low operating costs.

W170D+ Forage Power: FARM MACHINE 2026 Winner in the “Material Handling” category.

The New Holland stand will also host the first UK showing of the new W170D+ Forage Power wheel loader, recently awarded as FARM MACHINE 2026 at Agritechnica, purpose-designed for silage clamping and biomass applications. Developed as an evolution of the W170D, it is engineered to tackle steep ramps, long days and frequent farm-to-farm travel with higher performance, greater comfort and improved fuel autonomy.

With an operating weight of around 16.4 tonnes, the machine delivers approximately 255 hp and over 1,300 Nm of torque from its 6.7-litre FPT engine, putting significantly more power and torque to the ground compared with the standard W170D. A six-speed transmission with lock-up clutch from first gear, self-locking front differential and limited-slip rear axle help transfer performance into traction, even on slippery clamps.

Contractors also benefit from New Holland’s proven Cooling Cube system with reversible fan for reliable operation in dusty conditions, plus an ergonomic cab with panoramic windscreen, LED lighting and advanced visibility aids including wide-angle camera and optional rear obstacle detection. Together, these features create a loader tailored to the realities of intensive forage work.

T7 XD: New High-Horsepower Category for Farmers Demanding Versatility

New Holland is also introducing the T7 XD, a completely new tractor series that takes the T7 family into a higher power category, with three models around 360, 390 and 435 hp. These tractors are designed with a high power-to-weight ratio and the flexibility to work with or without ballast, allowing operators to move seamlessly from heavy draft work to high-speed haulage and complex front/rear implement combinations.

At the heart of the T7 XD is a Stage V 8.7-litre FPT Cursor 9 six-cylinder engine mounted on a structural sump to minimise vibration and allow a narrow waist for better manoeuvrability and visibility. An electronic variable-geometry turbocharger and intercooling system help to maximise fuel efficiency, while a large 680-litre fuel tank and extended 750-hour service interval keep the tractor working longer between stops. A flat power curve and high torque at low engine speeds support heavy field work with reduced fuel consumption.

A revised Auto Command™ CVT transmission offers travel speeds over 60 km/h at lower engine rpm, contributing to faster road moves and lower running costs. By combining this driveline with new suspended front axle and cab designs, the T7 XD delivers the comfort, stability and control that large-scale farmers and contractors expect from a flagship tractor.

T5S: More Power, Features and Manoeuvrability

The latest T5S tractors include a higher power offering, new transmission features, enhanced steering and better visibility. Available in 90, 101 and new 110hp versions, the range is designed for farmers seeking a well-matched tractor and loader package. Key innovations include a front axle that delivers a faster steering response and a new rocker switch shuttle for simultaneous loader operation and direction changes.

Productivity – particularly loader work – is boosted by the Dynamic StopStart brake-to-clutch feature, while powerful new LED lighting options also contribute to productivity and safety. T5S tractors are now available with optional factory-installed telematics and lifetime connectivity as well as optional ISOBUS Class II connection enables tractor-implement exchange.

From 2026, T5S tractors will be available with electronic Lift-O-Matic™ rear hitch control and can also be equipped with a factory-fitted electric autoguidance system.
