
Cameron Batten is Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at CNH. He and his team are responsible for communicating CNH’s evolving story, showcasing its growth, highlighting its developments, and championing its iconic agriculture brands. Mr. Batten oversees global and regional external and internal communications. He also has joint oversight of Institutional Relations/Government Affairs together with the Regional Presidents.
Mr. Batten has over two decades of experience in corporate and brand communications and public relations. He joined CNH as CCO in March 2025, becoming a member of the Company’s Global Leadership Team.
Prior to this appointment, Cameron Batten served as Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Volkswagen Group of America, a role he held from August 2021. He was previously Vice President and Head of Brand Communications for Samsung Electronics America from April 2019 to July 2021; Vice President of U.S. Card Communications at Capital One from August 2017 to March 2019; and Global Head of Workforce Communications at Johnson & Johnson from August 2014 to July 2017.
From 2010 to mid-2014, Mr. Batten was at American Express, where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility, serving as Global Marketing Director and later as Vice President of Communications. Prior to that, he spent over seven years at Philips where he progressed in roles across brand and corporate communications with both global and North American remits. Mr. Batten began his career as a communications specialist, gaining early experience at Tupperware, Universal Studios Orlando and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Cameron Batten holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Institute for Public Relations and an Advisory Board Member at Columbia University.
