New Holland, a brand of CNH, showcased its high-performance agricultural machinery at AGRI-TECH DEMO DAY 2026, demonstrating how advanced equipment can help Thai farmers improve efficiency, productivity and sustainability in the field.
New Holland presented the first-ever FR Forage Harvester model in Thailand, which delivers exceptional kernel processing to enhance nutritional value alongside live demonstrations of its heavy-duty T6 and T7 tractor series to highlight how robust soil preparation can deliver a “double win” on farm performance and long-term sustainability.
"Our presence here reflects our genuine commitment to the success of the Thai farming community," said Mark Brinn, Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Japan at CNH. "We want to help farmers work smarter, not harder, with powerful machinery that increases productivity while building a more sustainable and prosperous future for their families."
Held as part of AGRITECHNICA ASIA, the event took place at the National Corn and Sorghum Research Center (Suwan Farm) in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, and brought together around 250 farmers, researchers, service providers and leading agri-technology companies. It was jointly organized by Kasetsart University, the German-Thai Cooperation Project, and DLG Markets Asia Pacific.
The unmatched powerhouse
The New Holland FR 500 Forage Harvester sets a new benchmark in forage harvesting, delivering an impressive 495HP with a Power Cruise technology to maintain peak performance even under the most demanding conditions. Engineered for precision and efficiency, the standout advantage is its best-in-class kernel processing performance. “As the machine harvests and chops crops into precise 7–17 mm pieces, those particles pass through the processor, which fractures the crop kernels breaking the cell walls to unlock the nutrients locked inside. This maximizes digestibility, so the animal absorbs far more energy. The result is dairy cows feeding on FR 500-processed silage produce higher-quality milk and beef cattle reach peak condition faster, delivering superior meat quality,” said Gregory McDermott, Product Training Specialist, CNH.
Power in the field: Improving soil health and yield
Designed for demanding farm conditions, New Holland’s T6 and T7 series help farmers work deeper into the soil to improve soil structure, unlocking vital nutrients and preparing a superior seedbed for a wide range of crops. The live demonstration fleet showcased the full versatility of the lineup – from the T7.260 tackling deep primary tillage with a 7-leg ripper to improve drainage and root penetration, to the T6050 and T6070 handling residue management, soil levelling, and demanding implements with equal capability, rounded off by a New Holland Maverix Showcase highlighting advanced guidance and precision farming capabilities that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operator ease.
The live demonstration fleet included:
• T7.260 paired with a 7-leg ripper, demonstrating deep primary tillage to improve drainage and root penetration.
• T6050 with an offset 22-disc harrow, showcasing efficient residue management and soil levelling.
• T6070 with DP 400; a planter, highlighting versatile power for demanding implements.
• New Holland Maverix, highlighting advanced guidance and precision farming capabilities that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operator ease.
