Mongolia s Ensada Tractron explores manufacturing excellence with Case IH at Saskatoon plant
  • Mongolia’s leading agriculture equipment dealer visits state-of-the-art production hub in Saskatoon, Canada
  • Case IH showcases award-winning manufacturing technologies and new products

Ensada Tractron Inc., the exclusive distributor of Case IH agricultural equipment in Mongolia, as well as some of its customers, recently visited CNH Industrial's state-of-the-art plant in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, to gain valuable insights into the various aspects of agriculture machinery manufacturing.

Ensada Tractron is one of Mongolia's fastest-growing agricultural equipment dealerships. The delegation’s tour of the Saskatoon plant reinforces their commitment to providing industry-leading products and outstanding customer service.

“Case IH’s dedication to excellence is impressive. The latest technology and production processes were implemented with precision every step of the way, placing a high priority on exceptional quality and employee safety,” said the Founder of Ensada Tractron LLC, Boldsaikhan Usukh.

The Saskatoon facility serves as production hub for planters, headers, air carts, and other farming equipment for Case IH, as well as other brands from CNH Industrial. Recognised for implementing world-class manufacturing (WCM) processes and for demonstrating leadership in energy management, the plant also houses a research and development center.

“From the early stages of engineering to manufacturing and shipping, Case IH machinery is built, packaged and delivered to guarantee the highest quality,” said Darryl Priel, Case IH Territory Sales Manager - Western Canada.

"It was an absolute pleasure hosting the Ensada delegation, sharing our expertise and showcasing our best practices. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to answer their questions while introducing the world-class products made by our extraordinary team," Priel added.

An area of special interest for the Ensada delegation during the visit was Case IH’s Precision Disk air drills and precision planting systems, exploring the individual components that make Case IH’s planting and seeding equipment the best in the industry.

Precision farming technologies have a huge potential in Mongolia where extreme climate, as well as limited water and land resources, severely impact crop production.  Besides having a meagre 1% of arable land, Mongolia perennially experiences long, harsh winters.  “Precision planting systems can be a viable solution for farmers who want to efficiently farm despite a very short growing season and to improve yield in a sustainable way,” said Boldsaikhan Usukh.

“Learning how the technology works and the manufacturing excellence at the Saskatoon plant give us and our customers confidence that Case IH equipment are truly best-suited to address the unique challenges we face,” Ensada added.
