Farmlift a strong and versatile new addition to Case IH product line-up

Case IH Australia is adding a brand new product to its range, one that will muscle up to a range of tasks around the farm and take the hard work out of lifting and shifting.

The Farmlift 742 Telescopic Loader is being introduced to the local market, responding to the demand from producers for a telehandler to be added to Case IH’s product offering in Australia.

“This is the first time we’ve offered a telescopic loader in this market and in doing so we wanted to give customers looking for a product like this a Case IH option, which they haven’t had in the past,” said Andrew Wood, Case IH ANZ Product Specialist for Hay and Harvest. “Where there is a need we try to seek solutions by adding new products when we can, and the Farmlift is a great example of this.”

With a maximum lift capacity of 4200kg and a lift height up to 7m, the Farmlift 742 Telescopic Loader takes farming to the next level when it comes to moving heavy loads on and off trucks, or between locations.

“Farmers will often use a tractor with a loader for certain jobs, but you can sometimes find that a tractor with a loader can be limited in how much you can lift, and how high you can lift it,” Andrew said. “Most tractors will not be able to match the Farmlift for reach or capacity because a telescopic loader is specifically designed for that kind of work.”

Four-wheel drive for added traction is standard and four-wheel steering to manoeuvre in tight spaces delivers even more flexibility. The wheels have also been pushed out to each corner of the machine, lengthening the overall wheelbase which improves the ride as well as the overall machine’s stability.

Andrew said the Farmlift was simple to operate, and is capable of ground speeds of up to 40km/hr to ensure tasks like moving hay bales from the paddock to the shed are completed as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

The Case IH Farmlift 742 Telescopic Loader can be ordered now from selected Case IH dealers.
