From navigating the busy streets of Tongjiang as a cab driver to managing a vast 4500-hectare farm, Chu Qianghai has become a notable figure in Case IH’s growing community of agri-entrepreneurs. Fourteen years ago, he founded Qing Harvest Agricultural Services, using his hard-earned savings to lease a 70-hectare farm, and capitalising on Case IH’s customised financing to acquire a Puma 2104 compact tractor.
“I was able to invest in an efficient multipurpose tractor, thanks to Case IH’s streamlined financing and flexible repayment plans. And when the peak farming season came, they also quickly facilitated equipment upgrade, allowing me to fully focus on production,” Chu Qinghai said.

As he stood at the edge of his barren field, feeling a mix of emotions at the loss of three years of hard work, Chu Qinghai resolved to bounce back. Within a few years, not only did he recover what he had lost, his farm grew more than tenfold.
