CASE brought together its CIS dealer network on 27th and 28th February in Istanbul, Turkey for the first face-to-face meeting ever, to discuss plans and share common goals for 2024 and beyond. The opening session covered an overview of the main market trends and results achieved in 2023, followed by the outlook and targets for 2024. The CASE team presented the plans for this year covering all areas of the business - from Rental and Used Equipment, Marketing to Aftermarket Solutions and Dealer Development. They discussed with the dealer representatives their ideas, tools and levers to use in order to achieve these goals. The participating dealers appreciated a face-to-face event, which gave them the opportunity to exchange experiences and enjoy informal chats over dinner.
