New Holland launches new T7 models in Asia

New Holland has unveiled its new T7 tractor, which will be launched in three different models and with two different transmissions. The models include the T7.230 with 180 HP, the T7.245 with 200 HP, and the T7.260 with 220 HP. All these models will be available with the PowerCommand transmission and the premium AutoCommand transmission.

The T7 is specially designed to meet the needs of mid- to large-scale farming operations. Targeting key markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand, the T7 models promise unmatched versatility and performance for a wide range of agricultural tasks.

Mark Brinn, Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Japan at CNH said: “The New Holland T7 tractor is a testament to our ongoing commitment to the Asian markets. It is a robust, simple tractor with options for different layers of technology that will increase farmer productivity and well-being. Designed with the diverse needs of Asian farmers in mind, this tractor delivers exceptional performance and reliability while improving operator comfort during long days in the field.”

The T7 is engineered to reliably support demanding field work including heavy cultivations, large square baling, sugarcane and grain haulage, and planting.

Built to last, the new tractor features several enhancements that ensure efficiency, operator comfort, and farm productivity:

  • Enhanced inside and out. The refreshed cab interior offers an ergonomic work environment, enhancing operator comfort during long hours in the seat. The new Dynamic Comfort seat, with sliding back support and optional CustomSteer variable ratio steering, further improves the driving experience.
  • Extended service intervals. The service intervals have been significantly extended to 750 hours for regular maintenance, and driveline servicing is now required every 1500 hours. These improvements lead to a lower total cost of ownership and substantial reduction in downtime.
  • Larger fuel tank. With an enlarged 458-litre fuel tank, the T7 ensures more time in the field between refuels. Additionally, the engine’s idle speed automatically eases if the driver is not in the seat, contributing to fuel efficiency.
  • Improved transport and handling. The flat transport boost on Power Command enhances road haulage performance, while the new front linkage option provides greater flexibility for a variety of applications. Increased Gross Vehicle Weights also allow the tractor to handle heavier work with ease.
  • Advanced technology. Equipped with the latest telematics and ISOBUS Class 3 technology, the new T7 models offer best-in-class fleet management and in-field performance. These advancements support improved operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Superior safety and durability. The T7 tractor features increased length front fenders for better protection and safety, and its robust construction is designed to handle demanding tasks.
