New Holland Agriculture, unveiled the Workmaster 105 with factory-fitted HVAC cabin at the 14th edition of Krishi Darshan Expo 2026 in Hisar. Alongside the flagship launch, the brand also introduced the next generation of its popular 3032 TX Smart, refreshed with upgraded “Smart” features designed for versatile agriculture and commercial applications. At the expo, New Holland also showcased its advanced mechanization solutions, including the Roll-Bar 125 Round Baler and Outback MaveriX™ Auto-Guidance system aimed at enhancing precision, productivity, and operational efficiency in modern agriculture.
The Workmaster 105, powered by a 106 HP, 3.4-litre FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) TREM-IV engine, delivers exceptional performance and fuel efficiency. The new variant with the HVAC cabin offers all-season comfort with heating and air conditioning system featuring six roof vents. It also provides a significantly quieter environment and an air-suspended seat for better operator comfort, while the pneumatic reversible fan allows uninterrupted work even in dusty post-harvest conditions, particularly useful after paddy harvesting during baling operations.
Complementing the flagship launch, the 3032 TX Smart now comes in a refreshed form. Designed as a multi-application tractor, the upgraded model features a range of enhanced “Smart” technologies such as Smart Gear Shifting, Smart (better) Mileage, Smart Looks, and Smart Straight Axle Planetary Drive, offering better fuel efficiency, improved drivability, and enhanced operator convenience. The new styling and practical upgrades make it suitable for both farming and commercial operations.
